For big quantity product’s printing, there is no doubt that people will choose to use traditional printing which is fast and low cost. But if there is small order or urgent order for some product, we still choose traditional printing, the process is too complex and it takes a lot of time for preparation, then digital printing come to our world. Because of this requirement, we started our single pass digital printing system’s research and develop since last Feb. meanwhile we did an investigate that which brand printing head is good and which can well satisfy the production requirement for present market. Through comprehensive consideration, our first #single pass digital printing system come to the market successfully.
Compared with traditional printing, our #single pass digital printing system no need Typography and film production. The printing is suit for absorbent material such as #Non-woven cloth #paper cup #caps #paper #Non-woven bags #file bags #paper carrier bags #tea package #egg case etc.

These printing is with HP printing head together with water base pigment ink. There are two size, one is 210mm on printing and the other is 297mm. users can choose that how many heads to be montaged together according to their production requirement. Except the water-base pigment printing system, we also have #single pass digital printing system with UV ink. I will share it soon.
