Vacuum feeder- Feeder’s trends in development

As for feeder’s trends, it should be non-friction feeding method on technical aspect.  According to our experience, here I listed some opinion below: 1. Friction feeder has been widely used in China for a long time, and its time to reform; 2. There is a various requirement in the market, professional trends has been formed. 3. There is an urgent need in subdivide field. There are a lot of product which the friction feeder can not well feed and packages are multifarious. 4. Our new developed vacuum feeder has been mature and it makes up the vacancy. 5. The new feeder make up one new series according to the cargoes’ feature. The selling price is not so expensive. Food companies, pharmaceutical companies, packaging companies can accept it.

Vacuum feeder realized the dialyzing paper’s accurate feeding & transport and dialyzing paper is used in medical devices industry. No scratch on the product surface and no dirty on the product as well, which can’t realized by friction feeder. A lot of product can be put at the loading board at one time, which reduced the intensity of labor. Coordinated static electricity removing function, which greatly increased the product feeding’s stability. Except that, it is coordinated with 1.5 meters vacuum conveyor, people can choose to install UV inkjet printer, TIJ printer, laser, TTO thermal printer etc. to complete UDI coding technology.  

Why we suggest people use vacuum feeder for big gift packages. We can talk about it from three aspects: firstly, the material for such packages are PC, which is hard and crisp, high permeability, the friction factor is big between each two packages. Secondly, friction feeder adopts friction principle to feed the product, which is difficult to overcome internal friction resistance. So it is easy to feed two packages at one time. Except that do scratch on the packages surface. Thirdly, vacuum feeder adopts suction cup to catch the product, which is easy to separate the packages, but the speed is a little slower compared with the friction feeder. Structure is more complex. We can see that vacuum feeder use product quality to exchange the feeding speed and stability.
