1.What are your prices?
Price is related the machine configuration as your production requirement.
2.Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website. MOQ: 1set
3.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
It depends and we can do the application accordingly.
4.What is the average lead time?
It depends on your selection and 2 working days to 30 working days.
5.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
At present, we only accept TT, and 50% payment after the order confirmation while the balance to be settled before shipment.
6.What is the product warranty?
Generally one year after delivery but wearable parts is not included.
7.Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge. Generally, we will put the products in strong enough export packages
8.How about the shipping fees?
Our quotation is EXW Guangzhou. If you need us to shipment, we also have familiar forwarder and we will do the calculation accordingly.
